Nickname: "The Running Man", "Get Caught", "The Evil One! Get Him!"

Logo: Set on a crumbled village, a red-cloaked man emerges from a stack of rocks as an angry mob chases him in the distance, while the glowing yellow word "PARIAH" is seen above. The man runs against the screen as the mob comes closer, his cloak covering up the screen.

Variant:
  • A long version exists, where the man's emergence is darker and the word "PARIAH" isn't already formed. After the man runs up at the screen, a fire arrow is launched and forms the word "PARIAH" above as we go to a black background.
  • A still version exists.

FX/SFX: 2D hand-drawn animation.

Music/Sounds: A dramatic orchestral tune combined with a man yelling "The evil one!", the sounds of the angry mob, then another man yelling "GET HIM!". This variant may or may not be sped up. The long version uses a synth drone, then the sounds of the yelling crowd and some gasps and barks, and when the arrow forms the text a bell is heard. For the still version, it's the end theme of the show.

Availability: The short version was seen on the short-lived 2002 revival of Family Affair and Hack. The long version is seen on Zombieland and Premium Rush. The still version was seen on the short-lived HBO series Tell Me You Love Me.

Editor's Note: None.
