Background: Boston Animation is a video game developer based in Stow, Massachusetts. Games developed by the company were published by Simon & Schuster Interactive.

Logo: On a black background, a glowing bronze bar appears on the bottom of the screen and narrows, forming the text "boston animation". A brownish-yellow block with burn marks fades in as an ember forms on the top left corner. It moves around the block, forming an abstract "BA". Once it returns to the top left corner, the block flashes and the logo finishes.

Variant(s): There's a version where the flash is cut out. A still version also exists.

FX/SFX: The text forming, the ember and the flashing. All decent computer animation.

Music/Sounds: A tribal theme, complete with chanting and bongos, followed by a thunder clash. The music is abridged for each variant.

Availability: Rare. Can be seen on Darkened Skye for GameCube, Bumper Wars for Windows and M&M's: Shell Shocked for the PlayStation.
