Logo: Just the words "PRIMAL SCREEN" appearing after each other, surrounded by a square-like outline. There are red light effects in the background.

Variants: There was a purple-background variant with much lighter-sounding music.

FX/SFX: The text/logo zooming out.

Music/Sounds: A loud banging sound, followed by three or so heartbeats.

Music/Sounds Variants: For the purple-background variant, it was a twinkling-type sound.

Availability: Presumably, this is common in the UK. As for other countries, we're not too sure.
