It was renamed as "CBS Enterprises, Inc." in January 1968. Due  to the FCC's Financial Interest and Syndication Rules (also known as  the Fin-Syn Rules), the company was spun off in 1971 and was renamed as "<font color="#333333">[[Viacom (CBS)|Viacom Enterprises]]</font>".
