Background: NickToons TV was launched by Nickelodeon in 2002 in an effort to have a channel for their NickToons both old and new but mainly archived NickToons (Ren and Stimpy, Doug, etc.). In 2003, this was re-branded into Nicktoons.

Nicknames: "The Slime Globe", "Splat Globe", "The Nicktoons Globe", "The Nicktoons Splat Globe"
Logo: A 3-D version of the Nicktoons Network logo, an orange wireframe globe with a "splat" on the right and "NICKTOONS NETWORK" below with "NICKTOONS" in Nick's corporate font, rapidly zooms out over a brown background textured to resemble crumpled paper. Below the logo is the text "ORIGINAL", which shines. The NN logo revolves to face the right.
Variant: Sometimes the text will read "ORIGINAL PRODUCTION" and/or a copyright stamp will appear below.
FX/SFX: The 3D network logo, produced by eXOpolis in Los Angeles, CA.
Music/Sounds: A "whoosh" sound followed by a fast-tempo, percussion-heavy jingle.
FX/SFX: Letters bursting out and arranging. Awesome CGI! It looks far better than the 2009 Nickelodeon Productions logo.
Music/Sounds: A whoosh, followed by the explosion sound accompanied by the cacophony of the electric guitar, followed by the slamming sound and the cymbal crash.
Availability: Seen on Zevo-3, Voltron Force, Dragon Ball Z Kai and pre-2014 NFL Rush Zone episodes.

Logo: A car engine with the Nicktoons Network logo and an orange splat on it is shown zooming in and out as flames and smoke emit from the exhaust pipes over a cardboard coloured background with a moon and a cloud near the top right. A piece of paper with the Nicktoons Network logo slides in from the right as a crumpled ball of paper is thrown on top of it and unwraps revealing the words "Powered By The NICKTOONS STUDIO"

Music: Engine roaring followed by 4 whooshing noises as the engine zooms in and out and sputtering sounds.
Availability: Extinct. Was seen after non-NN Original shows that reran on Nicktoons Network from 2005 to 2007. Replaced by the fourth logo.

The "Original Production" variation appears on some episodes of Kappa Mikey and also on Three Delivery. It's likely available on iTunes, but on television it's extinct.

4th Logo
(2007-2009)
Nicknames: "The Bomb", "Nicktoons Bomb", "The Almost Palindrome Logo"
Logo: On a white background, we see a bomb explode, causing many different accessories of Nicktoons characters to appear. The explosion turns back into a bomb, which looks like the Nicktoons Network splat. The "NICKTOONS NETWORK" text from the last logo is under the bomb, in black.
FX/SFX: 2D animation.
Music/Sounds: An explosion and various Nicktoons' dialogue in reverse, followed by a reverse sparking sound when the bomb reappears.
Availability: Extinct. Was seen after non-NN Original shows that reran on Nicktoons Network from 2007 to September 28, 2009.

5th Logo
(September 28, 2009-2014)
Nicknames: "Nicktoons", "The Nicktoons Logo"
Logo: On a black background, the gray "t" surrounded by the orange glow suddenly zooms out and flips around horizontally, and other letters surrounded by the orange glow, burst from behind and everything comes to a halt like it's going in slow-motion. Then they quickly back out and rearrange themselves to read "nickToons" (in the post-2009 Nickelodeon font) and everything shakes when they arranged.
Availability: Extremely rare. It appeared on Nicktoons Network original shows, such as Kappa Mikey, The Secret Show, Edgar & Ellen, Ricky Sprocket, Showbiz Boy, and Shorts in a Bunch. Trivia: The logo is based off the on air look Nicktoons had from September 28, 2009 until May 5, 2014.
