Logo: We see a silver "P1" in a bold font zooming out on a black background. A light moves to the right and the words "PHASE ONE" in a red narrow font wipe in. "PRODUCTIONS", in the same font, but smaller, fades in below. The logo shines.

FX/SFX: The animation of the letters and the shining, which look low-budget.

Music/Sounds: A dark synth note, with a high-pitched whoosh when the light appears.

Availability: Can be seen at the end of the Family Guy featurette "Uncensored", which can be found on the 2004 Region 2 DVD Family Guy: Uncovered.

Editor's Note: The dark nature of the logo and sounds can scare some.
