1st logo
(Early 1980s)
Logo: Against a black-tan-green gradient background we see the following text scroll up:
Just as the text leaves the screen, the background appears to slide up, leading into the logo for PBV or CEL's "Entertainment Revolution" logo.
SFX: The text and background scrolling up.
Music: An early 80s Moog synth ditty.
Availability: Can be found on old PAL tapes of PBV/CEL releases in Australia. (As you'd soon figure out, in the warning screen, they mean 10,000 Australian dollars, not American. :-) [Right now, AU$10,000 = US$9,200, but I think back then, it was equal to about US$7,000.])
Scare Factor: Low to medium due to the music.
2nd logo
(Mid 1980s)
Nickname: "Skull and Crossbones"
Logo: Against a light blue background with a large white "Skull and Crossbones" picture, the same text as shown in the first logo scrolls up. Just as the text leaves the screen, the background fades to black.
SFX: The text scrolling up.
Music: Same as the first logo.
Avaiability: Can also be found on old PAL tapes of PBV/CEL releases in Australia.
Scare Factor: Slightly higher than that of the first logo due to the addition of the "Skull and Crossbones".
3rd Logo
(Late 1980s-1990s)
Nickname: "Grid at Night", "Star Wars Warning"
Logo: On a night blue background is a blue grid at the bottom and dark mountains behind it. Then the yellow word "WARNING" appears at the top and underneath it white text scrolls up in a 3D perspective effect a la the Star Wars opening scroll.
