Background: Valleycrest Productions Ltd. is a division of Disney-ABC Home Entertainment and Television Distribution, that was initially formed as a subsidiary of ABC in 1987.

Logo: Above a valley with hills and green grass, we see the bronze words "VALLEYCREST PRODUCTIONS LTD." arranged somewhat like this:

zoom up to the top of the screen. "PRODUCTIONS LTD." is written on a bronze rectangle in black. The words shine.

Variant: Copyright stamps appear on Mike & Maty and Win Ben Stein's Money. The former has "© (YEAR) American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. All rights reserved" below while the latter has "© (YEAR) All rights reserved".

FX/SFX: The zoom-up and shine. Also, the moving clouds.

Music/Sounds: The closing theme of the show, original Millionaire airings used ABC's generic theme.

Availability: Rare. Appears on the U.S. (and possibly UK) version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?. This first appeared on a ABC Daytime show, Mike & Maty. This was also seen on the Comedy Central game show Win Ben Stein's Money, which was last seen in reruns on GSN from 2004-2006.

Logo: Same as before, but the valley is enhanced and looks more realistic, and the words are in gold/bronze, this time flipping upward

FX/SFX: Same as the 1st logo, but the words now flip upward.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 1st logo.

Availability: Uncommon. The last new episode of the US syndicatedWho Wants to Be a Millionaire? aired on May 31, 2019, and as of early September 2019, most stations have pulled it from their schedules. It debuted on the 2011-2012 season of Millionairewhen the show converted to high definition. Also appeared on the 2020 revival of the said show.
