Logo: On a black background, a rainbow-colored version of the Ascot Elite arc fades in. Larger versions of the arc fade in behind the main arc. They start to zoom out and head off-camera. "ASCOT", inside a border, zooms up and in (ala Telepictures "Rollercoaster"). Below that, "VIDEO" fades in.

FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: More chyron effects. Also, the text looks like a simple tack job.
