BBC Knowledge (UK)

Background: BBC Knowledge was an early BBC digital channel available in cable, satellital and terrestrial broadcasting prividing a programme of documentary, cultural and educational television. The channel would finally close down in 2 March 2002 and replaced by BBC Four.

Logo: We see cartoon characters climbing ladders on anorangebackground, while show items like a magnifiying glass, a telescope or a roll of paper. Eventually, the screen is centered in one ladder, while the BBC Knowledge logo appear below.

Logo: We see several sorts of circles or rings zooming fastly towards the screen while the background changes of color: First, a ring made of flame on aredbackground, then a ring ofrednumbers on agreenbackground, a water puddle on abluebackground, a spinning ring of metal on aorangebackground, and finally a green eye iris on a background of the same color. All of this repeats.
