Background: Miller-Milkis Productions was the production company of program executives Thomas L. Miller and Edward K. Milkis, which was founded in 1969. Robert L. Boyett joined the company in 1978, after which it became "Miller-Milkis-Boyett Productions". Milkis left the company later on and it became known as "Miller-Boyett Productions" in 1985. Around 1997, producer Michael Warren ended his partnership with William Bickley and later joined the company and became "Miller-Boyett-Warren Productions". In 2013, Boyett returned to TV producing under his own production nameplate, Robert L. Boyett Productions. Two years later, Miller returned and resurrected the company.
Miller-Milkis Productions
(October 10, 1972-May 10, 1983)
FX/SFX: None, just an in-credit logo.
Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.
Availability: Seen on Happy Days and Laverne & Shirley on Me-TV, and Antenna TV airings of Mork & Mindy. It also appeared on The Weekend Nun (a 1972 TV movie), an unsold pilot Egan, Petrocelli, and Blansky's Beauties, among other Miller-Milkis productions during this time.
Editor's Note: None.
Nickname: "MMB"
Logo: On a blue background, we see a still picture with a criss-crossed bar with "MM" and a "B" added next to the "MM" with a B-shaped box, and under that is:
written in yellow. On other shows such as Happy Days and Laverne & Shirley, it was used as an in-credit notice, similar to the Miller-Milkis one.
Variants:
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show.
Availability: Bosom Buddies was the only show to have this (except for the pilot episode, which had an in-credit notice). The in-credit notice were on the other shows. Both versions remain intact. Miller-Boyett Productions
1st Logo
(March 1, 1986-May 17, 1996)
Nickname: "Miller-Boyett"
Logo: An in-credit logo near the center (or bottom) of the screen with the text:
MILLER BOYETT
PRODUCTIONS
with or without a middle dot in between the last names. Would appear italicized on early season one episodes on Valerie. In 1987, the text was later changed to an italicized:
written in either gold, orange, yellow, or yellow-orange color with a drop shadow effect.
Variant: On the The Hogan Family episode "Close Encounters", the logo was in white while the credits were on a night time sky background.
FX/SFX: None. However on the 6th season episode of The Hogan Family titled "The Best of Friends, Worst of Times", the credits scroll.
Music/Sounds: The end-title theme, announcer spiels in syndication, simple music, or lines from any show.
Availability: Seen on Full House, Family Matters, The Hogan Family, Perfect Strangers, Getting By, and Step By Step, among other M-B shows.
Editor's Note: None.
2nd Logo
(1986, September 20, 1996-July 17, 1998)
Nickname: "M/B"
Logo: On a black background, we see an "M" merging from the top and a "B" merging from the right, with a slash mark drawing between the "M" and "B" (a la the Barbour/Langley Productions logo), making that "M/B", and then "Miller-Boyett P R O D U C T I O N S" in the similar appearance as before, appears below it.
Trivia: Originally, this logo came out in 1986 as an in-credit logo on Valerie.
FX/SFX: The "M" flying down, the "B" flying in from the right, the slanted line drawing, the "Miller-Boyett Productions" text fading in. None for the still shot.
Music/Sounds: A 5-note piano tune, CBS airings from 1997-98 used their generic theme and a voice over. For the in-credit, it's the end-title theme.
Availability: The in-credit logo is seen on later season episodes of Valerie (a.k.a. The Hogan Family for the U.S. syndication title) whenever it's gets reran or put on DVD. The animated version is seen on the last 2 seasons of Family Matters and Step By Step. This logo debuted at the time as the Bickley-Warren "Static" logo.
Editor's Note: None.
3rd Logo
(February 26, 2016- )
Nicknames: "Miller Boyett is Back, baby!", "Miller Returns Finally"

Miller-Boyett-Warren Productions
(September 19, 1997-July 9, 1999)
Logo: Against a cloudy sky background, the words "Miller", "Boyett", "Warren", and "productions", all transparent and in white (except for the first letters of the first three words, which are pinkish), come in from all sides of the screen. A brownish frame zooms out and surrounds them, along with the space being filled in with a brown marble texture. The words become less transparent, and are arranged kind of like this:
FX/SFX: The words, background, and frame.
Music/Sounds: On Meego, the same piano tune from the previous logo plays except on original CBS airings due to the generic theme and voice over being used, but on Two of a Kind, the end-title theme plays over the logo except on original ABC airings because their generic theme was used.
Availability: Near extinction. It appeared on Two of a Kind and Meego, which are hardly, if ever, re-aired.
(August 4-September 1, 2014)

Miller
----Boyett
---------Warren
-------------------------------productions
FX/SFX: The words, background, and frame.
Music/Sounds: On Meego, the same piano tune from the previous logo plays except on original CBS airings due to the generic theme and voice over being used, but on Two of a Kind, the end-title theme plays over the logo except on original ABC airings because their generic theme was used.
Availability: Near extinction. It appeared on Two of a Kind and Meego, which are hardly, if ever, re-aired.
Editor's Note: None.
