Background

1st Logo
(Early-Late 1990s)

Logo: We fade to ablue curved glowing line on a black background, with the word "DONG-A" flying up to the top of the screen with a trail on its end. After it zooms away, green, blue, and red ball-like shapes, with lines representing streaks, zoom out with some motion blur. It then flashes, becoming a shinygoldcolor. Then the shine reveals the word "DONG-A EXPORT CO., LTD." in Helvetica, with the Korean translation below it (albeit in Hanja, considering most of the other ones use Hangul), moves up under the logo. Then the entire logo either fades out to the Dong-A Home Video logo or cross-fades to theYoung Sung Production logo.

FX/SFX/Cheesy Factor: 2D computer animation.

Music/Sounds: A short heroic fanfare (actually stolen fromCBS Sports College Football), transitioning into an ominous synth drone that segues into the Young Sung Production logo.

Availability
: Uncommon on Korean tapes from the time.

Editor's Note: None.
