Background: DEJ Productions was founded in 1998 as a film distribution company by Blockbuster. It soon expanded into global distribution. Its name was derived from the first name initials of Blockbuster's three top executives at the time. In 2005, it was announced that First Look Studios purchased the company.

Logo: On a black background, we see a stylized yellow rendering of an ancient Babylonian statue. The statue depicts a Shedu, a winged bull or lion with a human head. Below it is the text "DEJ PRODUCTIONS".
FX/SFX: Only the fading.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extremely rare, but it can be found on Windfall and Savage Messiah. More common on trailers.

2nd Logo
(2002-2004)
Nicknames: "The Ancient Statue Returns", "3D Ancient Babylonian Statue", "3D Shedu"
Logo: Same as before, but now the statue is in CGI, and it shines.
FX/SFX: The logo shining.
Music/Sounds: Presumably none.
Availability: More common that the previous one, but still rare. Was seen on Curse of the Forty-Niner, Blessed, and King of the Ants. Also appeared on the trailers.

Nicknames: "The Darkened Shield", "The Filmstrip Wing", "The Wing"
Logo: We move backwards over a darkened shield surface, which looks like a distorted filmstrip. When the shield comes to the center, two components of it appear from top and bottom and join the logo, forming a stylized wing. The letters "DEJ" uncover from beyond each other, with PRODUCTION below. All logo is made in rusty brown colors.
FX/SFX: Moving shields and letters.
Music/Sounds: Generally none.
Availability: Can be seen on Crash, Return to Sender, Direct Action, Blast and Dirty Love.
