Logo: On a teal gradient BG, a blue flash appear, in it a silver rounded rectangle appear flipping and shows the words "QUALITY DVD VIDEO", above, and the "DeAGOSTINI" logo below, on a side of the rectangle. A DVD flies and stops between the words. The rectangle fades, followed by the words.

FX/SFX: 3D animation.

Music/Sounds: Several whooshes. Near the end there's a bell-like sound.
