The light then forms the words "televis" next to "ion" and radial waves appear from it, changing the background to blue. The logo keeps shining for a few more seconds and the background changes back to black. Then, another wave turns the background back to blue, and then fades back again to black. A female announcer says "Ion Television" and a final wave turns the background blueagain.
