Logo: On a black background, we see a multicolored circled square sign, covering up with 28 JLT appearing. Now the boxes appear on each JLT. Six JLTs disappear, and the words zooming in slowly, "FILMS PRESENT."

FX/SFX: TBA.

Music/Sounds: A rather cheap synth tune with an ascending flourish.

Availability: Extremely rare as it can be seen on the direct-to-video horror film Crypt of the Living Dead.
