Background: This production company makes the show, Austin & Ally. It is named after the executive producers Kevin Kopelow and Heath Seifert.
Logo: On a white background that has a crumpled texture (like paper after being wadded up into a ball and thrown in a trash can), we see the names KEVIN & HEATH on an inverted square-letter type font. Directly underneath that is 'productions', written in lower case and in a letter mishmash of different fonts.
FX/SFX: None in the original version, and the wadded up ball opening up in a stop-motion like animation in the variant.
Music/Sounds: The end of the the theme song. The animated variant uses the end theme of the special.
Availability: Common. Seen on Austin and Ally, currently airing on Disney Channel. And the variant is seen on the two mentioned Nickelodeon specials.

Variants:
- On the Austin & Ally episode "Real Life & Reel Life", the logo has an old-timey film effect.
- On Nickelodeon's Ho Ho Holiday Special and Nickelodeon's Not So Valentine's Special, the logo now has animation which consists of on a wooden table, there's a wadded up piece of paper that opens up and reveals the above text.
FX/SFX: None in the original version, and the wadded up ball opening up in a stop-motion like animation in the variant.
