Background: Doozer is the production company of Bill Lawrence. The company's name is a play on Lawrence's middle name, Van Duzer.

Nickname: "Bye-Bye! Pfft!"
Logo: On a light brown paper background, we see the red letters "D" and "ZER" being written in. The hand that wrote it then draws a face with sunglasses between "D" and "ZER". This forms the word "DOOZER".
Variants:
- The logo is occasionally shortened.
- In 2014, this logo was redone. The paper is now yellow, the hand holding the pencil is different, and "DOOZER" is in a slightly different font
