Here's a list of logos that have humorously, intentionally or not, contradicting elements, whether it be the company name or slogan suggesting a trait that is not actually represented in the logo, or the music and visuals contrasting. Feel free to add more logos on this list! At the moment there are 80companies with 104 logos.
- 3-G Home Video (3rd logo) (as many of their tapes are supposed to be for children, this is pretty unsuitable to a very young audience as for its dark design and swoosh)
- Aligator Video Enterprises (Greece) (no alligator)
- Angel Video (India) (no angel)
- Arcade Pictures (Netherlands) (no arcade)
- Arrow Films (no arrow and on the only film they released (Deep Throat II, a porno) the start of the film was superimposed on a starred space background)
- Balakrishna Movies (India) (no Bala Krishna)
- Best Films (India) (blatant use of the 20th Century Fox logo concept, therefore not that good of a logo)
- Best Film & Video Corp.(3rd logo) (cheap effects, therefore not that good of that logo)
- Blue Sky Studios (all logos) (no skies)
- Camp Video (no campsites)
- Capitol Films (UK) (2nd logo) (no capitol)
- Castle Home Video (UK) (all logos) (no castle)
- China Horse Films Production Company (Hong Kong) (Pegasus is shown instead of a horse)
- Class Video (Argentina) (logo suffers from cheap effects and is way too long, therefore not really a classy logo)
- Colombus (France)(use of American symbols in French logo)
- Confetti Tivi (Austria) (No confetti)
- Crown Movie Classics (no crown)
- Deluxe Digital Studios (4th logo) (no "Digital Studios" indicator)
- Drug Store Television Productions (no drug store)
- Epic Productions (1st logo) (too simple to be epic)
- Euro Films (Pakistan) (use of the word "euro" when the country of the logo's origin is Pakistan, an Asian country)
- Family Home Entertainment (1st logo) (this is not for little kids to watch with its rather overall eerie animation and music in the logo)
- Fatal Visions (Australia) (its slogan is "the cult movie label", but it was only spotted on one movie)
- Gaumont Columbia TriStar Films (France) (no TriStar Pegasus)
- Gold Medal Production Line (Cambodia) (use of a trophy instead of a medal)
- Golden Books Video (2nd logo) (not too kid-friendly whatsoever and is rather overall creepy and unsettling to children)
- Golden Dragon Cambodian Video (no dragon, or even gold)
- Golden Moon Creations (India) (no moon nor no gold color since the only film released by the company was filmed in B&W.)
- Golden Tower Films (Philippines) (no golden tower)
- GPS International (India) (no GPS)
- Green Bunny (Japan) (1st logo) (no bunny)
- Green Hat Films (1st and 2nd logos) (the hat isn't colored green)
- Green Star (Poland) (2nd logo) (no stars)
- Hammer Home Video (Argentina) (no hammer)
- Helion Pictures (UK) (no nucleus of helium)
- Hi-Tech Video (Greece) (2-D style effects, therefore not that much of a "hi-tech" logo)
- High Quality/Hardcore Film (Argentina) (both) (cheap-looking effects, therefore not that much of a "high quality" logo)
- Hollywood Home Video (Denmark) (no relation to hollywood whatsoever)
- Hollywood Pictures (1st logo) (use of an Egyptian symbol on a logo that says "HOLLYWOOD")
- Home Game (South Korea) (not a video game company)
- Jubilee Productions (India) (logo has depressing music, therefore not much of a "jubilee")
- Key Video (1st logo) (no key)
- King Bee Video (1st logo) (no bee)
- Knockout Video Film Distributors (UK) (no knockouts or anything stunt/boxing-related whatsoever)
- Legal Video (Argentina) (2nd logo) (although this was supposed to be targeted to small children everything in this logo is very unsuitable with its eerie content)
- Lion Distribution (Poland) (no lions)
- Lionsgate Films (3rd and 4th logos) (no lions)
- MediaCorp Raintree Pictures (Hong Kong/Singapore) (1st and 2nd logos) (no raintree or rainy weather)
- Medusa Film (Italy) (2nd logo) (no medusa)
- Mega Video (UK) (no quality doesn't seem to be described as "mega")
- Museum Pictures (Japan) (no museum)
- Milkshake! (UK) (3rd, 4th and 5th logos) (no milkshakes)
- Mushroom Pictures (Australia) (2nd logo) (no mushroom or mushroom cloud)
- Newvideo (hasn't had a new logo since the late 90s)
- Nextworks S.A. (Greece) (some aspects of this logo might scare a few kids, also the logo says "NEXT!" despite the company's real name being Nextworks S.A.)
- Nothing Can Go Wrong Now Productions (a car drives off a cliff and plunges into the ocean, despite the company name, though this is intentional for humorous purposes)
- Palace Video (Australia) (no palace)
- Parade Video (all Parade Video logos) (no parades)
- Paramount Home Media Distribution (4th & 6th logos) (no video indicator)
- Park Avenue (no park or anything related with the New York boulevard "Park Avenue")
- PCC Skyhorse Limited (Hong Kong) (no sky background or horse)
- Pony Canyon (Japan) (all) (no ponies [or canyons later on])
- Pyro Studios (Spain) (8th logo) (nothing fire-related)
- Quite Interesting Limited (UK) (logo concept is very simple to be "quite interesting")
- Rede Globo (Brazil) (1st logo) (no globe)
- Senator Film (Germany) (all) (no senator)
- Seven Keys Video (Australia) (2nd logo) (the logo isn't very entertaining, despite the within-logo slogan of "always entertaining")
- Silent H Productions (1st and 3rd logos) (the music in the logo aren't silent)
- Snowman Productions (Scandinavia) (no snowman)
- Square (Japan) (2nd logo) (the company name on the logo says "SQUARE", despite a triangular shape being shown for the whole logo instead of a cube/square shape)

- Starz Originals (5th Logo) (officially nicknamed "Obsessable" despite the actual logo being dull and therefore anything but)
- State of the Art Video (UK) (cheap effects, therefore not really"state of the art")

- Team Happy Rainbow Panda Bears (company name contradicts with the violent subject matter of the logo)
- Tele Monte Carlo (Monaco) (4th Logo-7th Logo) (use of the Rede Globo logo on a Monégasque channel)

- Theatre Club Video (UK) (nothing theatre-related whatsoever)
- Tora Home Entertainment (Indonesia) (cheap animation, therefore not much of "quality animation", despite the within-logo slogan of "quality animation for your family")
- Town Entertainment (Cambodia)(2nd logo) (no town or city)
- VID (Russia) (1st logo, later Christmas variant, Otdyhay! variant) (The Christmas variant has the menacing chord kick in just as the mask changes into a pleasant Santa version, Otdyhay has the mask telling us to relax when the logos subject matter is highly unnerving)
- Video Best (Argentina) (very cheap effects, therefore contradicting with the company's name)
- Video Square (Thailand) (no square)
- Video Star (Netherlands) (no star)
