Scare Factor: Low.
2nd Warning
(1996-2008)

Warning: This is more detailed than the previous Video Treasures FBI Warning screen. The background is blue but this time the classic Anchor Bay Entertainment logo was never shown. We see the ship, rocks, small island, and the clouds, all of which are colored in blue. On the top, we see the words "FBI WARNING", and underneath them is the warning text.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: No longer current, but it can be seen on every VHS release in the Anchor Bay Entertainment era. Plus, they can be seen on most DVDs.
Scare Factor: None.
3rd Warning
(2008-)
<embed allowfullscreen="true" height="275" src="http://widget.wetpaintserv.us/wiki/closinglogos/widget/youtubevideo/8f44e36cea8ff4b83be1f8717dac56eb5c59cff1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="343" wmode="transparent"/>
Warning: This is a pretty basic and simple FBI Warning. On a black background, we see the words "WARNING" and underneath it is the warning text.
FX/SFX: None.
Cheesy Factor: What happened here? Well, the warning doesn't make any sense. Why is there no red "FBI"? The first 2 warnings have the words "FBI Warning" in red, but where is "FBI"?
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Current, seen on the final DVDs of Thomas & Friends before Lionsgate, when HiT Entertainment distributed the new Thomas videos. Also seen on the release of The Grand, as well as other new Anchor Bay Entertainment releases.
Scare Factor: None; this is simple and boring.

Warning: Same as the 1984 20th Century Fox FBI warning (see here for details), but for some reason, it has a rocky, black and white Video Treasures wallpaper background.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: This is a pretty easy one to spot, it can be found on every VHS release from the Video Treasures era. Also, it can be intact on 1997 VHS releases from the Anchor Bay Entertainment era!
Scare Factor: Low.
