Logo descriptions by Thisisanswer and Lyfe
Video captures courtesy of Charles Loftus, FanCentralNetwork, and LogosForTheWin
Background: This is the division of Media Blasters that distributes anime.
1st Logo
(1999-2000)
Nicknames: "Cheap Curtain"<embed align="right" allowfullscreen="true" height="224" src="http://wikifoundrytools.com/wiki/closinglogos/widget/youtubevideo/bec14d6a0d26f5bcfa84b2a254c039d481651a44" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="271" wmode="transparent"/>
Logo: There is a wood stage that has a red curtain above it. The curtain opens, revealing a black background and a blue oval with yellow outline and the words "Anime Works" on it. Next to the oval is a anime schoolgirl with dark red hair, dressed in yellow and blue with cat ears and a cat tail. The camera panscloserto the logo.
FX/SFX: All the CGI.
Music/Sounds: Applause and a funky synth tune.
Availability: Extremely rare. Seen on the first Anime Works releases.
Editor's Note: TBA
2nd Logo
(2000-2012)
Nicknames: "Anime Gear", "Anime Cog"
Logo: We fade to the same Milky Way background from the Media Blasters logo of the time, but in cerulean and yellow. A lens flare appears seconds later, as the main light progressively grows in size. We then see some letters zoom out, which then after becoming lightened reveal to be the words "Anime Works" stacked vertically. In the meanwhile, a glowing figure forms to the left of the words, overlapping the growing light (which at this point has gained the shape of a gear) and thus eventually causing a flash that turns the rest of the screen purple. The flash reveals the shape to be an anime schoolgirl similar to that of the previous logo, but completely redrawn to have better detailing and eliminating the cat features, while the text gains a blue outline and a shadow and the light becomes a rotating gear, which then shines. The logo and space background fade out slowly, becoming blackness with a yellow glow around the gear before it fades out completely.
FX/SFX: All of the animation in the logo.
Music/Sounds: Same as the Media Blasters logo of the time, but with different corresponding sound effects.
Availability: Commonly found in several Media Blasters releases of the time, after the Media Blasters logo.
Editor's Note: TBA

3rd Logo
(2005- )
Nickname: "Anime Gear II"
<iframe align="right" frameborder="0" height="186" src="http://wikifoundrytools.com/wiki/closinglogos/widget/unknown/de3b82d7f40697fe4d5b136816cf80cbee98e8f7" width="331"></iframe>Logo: The word "Anime", in the same font and style as before, slides in from the right in a blue background. We then go a little down to see the word "Works" while the blue background zooms out to reveal it is the gear from the previous logo. The entire logo then zooms out and while the words then place themselves on the gear, the gear then becomes white with a orange shadow outline that then "rotates". The white gear shape then zooms in and expands as the words then bounce and zoom in rapidly, fading out in the process.

FX/SFX: The gear glowing.
Music/Sounds: A radio tuning sound, alongside some whooshes, a sound resembling a door being closed as the words place themselves in the gear, a note rising as if the logo was gaining energy, a static TV-like sound and finally a sound effect in-between a energy-gaining sound and a whoosh.
Availability: Current; found in newer AnimeWorks releases.
