Background: Brady Productions was a short-lived production company formed in December 1989 by Sherwood Schwartz, the creator of the best known TV shows The Brady Bunch and Gilligan's Island. The company's only production was the short-lived hour long dramaedyThe Bradys, which served as a sequel and continuation of The Brady Bunch that aired on CBS in 1990. When The Bradys was cancelled on March 9, 1990 due to poor reviews and low ratings, Brady Productions name was shut down, and was likely folded into Paramount Television (now CBS Television Studios).
