Background: This production company was owned by the late actors Burt Reynolds and Bert Convy.
Logo: Superimposed over the end credits, we see a logo set up like so:

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show. On Win, Lose, or Draw, you would also hear an announcer say, "Win, Lose, or Draw is a Burt & Bert Production in association with Kline and Friends."
Availability: Last seen when GSN reran Win, Lose, or Draw. Was also seen on the short-lived game show 3rd Degree! and on post-Season 1 episodes of Teen Win, Lose or Draw.

FX/SFX: Sometimes, it's a still logo. Otherwise, the 2nd "B" will slide out from under the 1st "B", another "BURT" will slide out from under the first "BURT" and the "U" in the 2nd "BURT" will rotate and become an "E", an "&" slides along with "BERT", and "PRODUCTIONS" appears below.
- On the pilot episode of Win, Lose or Draw (which acted as the Sneak Preview episode that aired days before the actual series' debut on September 7, 1987), there is an extra rotating white shadowing effect underneath the two B's in the logo.
- On post-Season 1 episodes of Teen Win, Lose or Draw, this logo is on a black background.

FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: A 6-note banjo tune with a strum on the 5th note (and you can hear a violin at the same time), the 6th note plays over the MTM logo, while the tail end of the Mozark jingle plays over the beginning of the logo.
Availability: Seen on Evening Shade and a pair of TV movies.
