Background: France 5 is a television channel in France created at a time when the French government took away La 5e, which was previously owned by La Sept Arte, to transfer it into the hands of France televisions.

Logo: We see different names, possibly from celebrities on la 5e, appearing on a yellow background. The background then turns white while the words turn yellow. It then circles around and injects itself into the la 5e logo. As that happens the circle turns green. It then spins around while the words "Le nom change" and "Les visages restent les memes" appear. Then the circle turns into the France 5 logo.

Music/Sounds: Ringing and an announcer can be heard.
