Background: Founded in January 1998, Gathering of Developers (aka GodGames and later Gathering) was a company created as a relationship-based publisher that treats developers with respect. Many independent developers were consolidated with GoD. Take-Two Interactive purchased the company and some of its developers in May 2000. Since this point, Gathering became just a publishing division, until it was discontinued in 2004 and assets moved into Rockstar Games and newly created 2K Games.
1st Logo
(1998-1999)
Logo: In a bright flash, the logo appears, reading "GATHERING OF DEVELOPERS". The tails of first "G" and last "S" are extended to cover the logo like two arcs. When the logo is complete, a light appears around, but the logo surface remains black.
FX/SFX: Light effects.
Music/Sounds: "Fsshh" sound of light splash, followed by a quiet humming entry.
Availability: Seen on Jack Jackrabbit 2 and other games.

2nd Logo
(1999-September 2000)
Logo: The black & white logo as before is written letter by letter starting from left, and the arcs are drawn from their starts.
FX/SFX: The logo drawing.
Music/Sounds: Rough sound resembling an ancient stone hatch opening.
Availability: Seen on Age of Wonders.

Logo: An orange rectangle with a picture of winged man zooms out. Below, we see "GODGAMES.COM" website address, and the text "The Gathering of Developers" in small font.
FX/SFX: Only the plate zooming.
Music/Sounds: Single quiet whoosh.
Availability: Seen only on Kiss: Psycho Circus.

4th Logo
(October 2000-May 2002)
Logo: The logo consists of a white man's head with two stylized wings at the sides. Under the head, the name is written like this: "GODGAMES" with an underline. Below, the text "Gathering of Developers" is seen.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Extremely Rare, as many games miss the logo at all. Seen on Kiss Pinball, 4x4 Evo, Serious Sam and Stronghold.

5th Logo
(May 2002-2004)
Logo: Another stylized version of the blue gradient head with its "arms" connected with an arc. The word "GATHERING" below is white in custom font. 
FX/SFX: None, or zooming-out.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Uncommon. Can be found on Hidden & Dangerous 2, Vietcong, Wings of War, and the North American version of Destruction Derby Arenas.
