Guadeloupe 1re (French Guadeloupe)

Background: Guadeloupe 1re was originally a television service intended to distribute ORTF material in the French isles of French-Guadeloupe, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin. In 31 decembre 1982 it became independent from its FR3 counterpart and started distributing television by itself.

Then we cut to a background that is below in green and blue on top, as parts cut out, then we get below the description "Radio-Television Française d'outre-mer".
