Background: Lil' Whoop Productions was founded by Whoopi Goldberg as a children's television arm of her company One Ho Productions.

Her left eye is significantly and cartoonishly larger than her other one, and she has overtly spiky hair, giving off a crazed appearance. Below her is the text:

Availability: Extinct. Seen on two long-forgotten Nickelodeon showsJust for Kicks, which hasn't reran since Summer 2006. In fact, the show was notorious for being, at one point, possibly the rarest Nickelodeon show of all time, andWhoopi's Littleburg,which hasn't been seen since 2004.
