Note: This page is not for each shows customized variants, as these are detailed on the main page, it is for episode specific variants.
Dexter's Laboratory (Inflata Dee-Dee/Can't Nap/Monstory) (1997): This episode, aside from being the last episode to use the original 1996 Cartoon Network Studios logo, also contains the one and only time an extended version of it was used (this may have been a signifying of more episode specific variants had the logo not been retired immediately after). Dee-Dee dances through the logo and flips all three of the black on white "O"s (i.e. all three Os). After she leaves Dexter bursts through the logo as usual.
Space Ghost Coast to Coast (Girl Hair) (1999): The logo is grungy and looks like a real life object, and fire is enveloping the screen. Bizzaro Santa says something illegible, and Zorak in return says "No no! It's gotta be heated! Heated up!"
Brak Presents The Brak Show Starring Brak (two episode special) (2000): On both episodes, the logo, like the rest of the end credits, is on a piece of paper taped to the background.
Space Ghost Coast to Coast (Flipmode) (2001): The Skull logo is in static and barely viewable as a result.
The Brak Show (The Eye [aka Petticoat Brak]) (2001): Normal logo, but the giant eye from earlier in the episode comes in from the left over the logo. As his leitmotif plays he says "Hey hey hey! I float like a floating eye...sting like a floating eye! Oh yeah" and leaves.
Sealab 2021 (Murphy Murph and the Feng Shui Bunch) (2002): In keeping in with the variants of Master Shake (having been enraged by the events shown at the end of the episode, where it abruptly cuts to the Aqua Teen Hunger Force universe where Meatwad has beaten Shake in a video game) breaking all the end logos (believing the Seventy-Thirty logo to belong to Meatwad and merely disliking how the Williams Street logo looks), Shake attempts to break the CN logo. He can't and in outrage of how tough it is states "What kind of crap is this, did an elephant paint this?!"
Sealab 2021 (Bizzaro) (2002): Bizzaro Quinn is seen jumping on the logo stating "I'm helping! I'm helping!" (his catchphrase in the episode when he did something that blatantly isn't helping)
Sealab 2021 (Let 'Em Eat Corn) (2004): After the logo, it cuts to two men on a couch watching the episode on TV (with the logo still on the TV the whole time): They exchange these lines:
Guy #1: "Man...this **** show"
Guy #2: "Dude, it keeps on getting lamer."
Guy #1: "Random-a** confusing bull-"
(their dresser has inexplicably turned into a robot Transformers-style)
Guy #1: "NO. Bad dresser".
(it turns back to normal)
Sealab 2021 (Neptunati) (2004): Zombie Cat falls on the logo and says "Zombie Cat loves you".
Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Dusty Gozongas) (2004): The CN Skull audio is replaced with a soundbite saying "YES" from earlier in the episode.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Sirens) (2008): The eponymous Sirens sing the CN Skull "skuuuullll" instead of the man.
Dreamworks Dragons (2012-2018): The logo is still, black and placed on a stone wall, like the rest of the credits.
Uncle Grandpa (Guest Directed Shorts) (2015): For the only time, the clip in the CN logo is a clip from the episode proper, of the main characters in claymation cheering.
We Bare Bears (2015-): Episodes centering on the bears as kids use a different animatic, of the cubs in a box and falling. This was used for the episodes "The Road", "Pet Shop", "The Island" and "Baby Bears on a Plane".
