The Punisher (2004): The background turns black and the logo is shot at.

Fantastic Four (2005): The background is blue.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007): Exactly the same as the Fantastic Four variant, only this time the letters turn clear so we can see outer space behind them, and the logo zooms out to fully reveal outer space.

Ghost Rider (2007): The flipping comic panels show Ghost Rider in action, and at the end of the logo, the background fades to black and the letters are set ablaze, and appear to be made of twisted metal. Spikes shoot out of the top of the letters.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009): The logo is in black & white and takes place in the future. Seen on the video game of the same name.
Hulk (2003): The background is green and the comic book panels shown all display the Hulk. At the end, the logo zooms out and is revealed to be
inside a small teardrop on a black background.
