Hulk (2003): The 2002 logo has the background on green and showing Hulk panels.

The Punisher (2004): The logo shows panels of the Punisher. When the logo is finished, the background turns into black. The text gets shot and fades out while the bullets are falling down where the movie begins with the main titles.

Fantastic Four (2005): When the logo finishes while it show the Fantastic Four panels, the background turns into blue.

Elektra (2005): Instead of normal panels, the logo shows the panels of Elektra.

X-Men: The Last Stand (2006) and Logan (2017): The logo shows the panels of X-Men. on the Noir Edition, the panels are in black and white and the background is in black.

Ghost Rider (2007): The logo shows the panels of the Ghost Rider. It finishes when the logo gets burned and spikes are on the top of the logo.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007): Exactly like the Fantastic Four variant, but the logo is on blue background and showing different panels. When the logo finishes, the text fades and zooms into the space.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009, Video Game): The logo is in black and white and it takes place in the future.

Thor (2011): The 2002 logo fades out to the night sky.

The Avengers (2012): When the logo is finished, it dissolves into the blue energy from the Cosmic Cube.

Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017): The Hulk's clip is replaced with Spider-Man from Captain America: Civil War, and the fanfare is replaced by an orchestral mix of the original 1967 animated series theme.

Thor: Ragnarok (2017): Once the logo finishes, it is seen burning red as flames appear below the logo. The camera then pans down into the opening scene.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018): The 2002 logo gets glitched out.

Captain Marvel (2019): Images of Marvel superheroes are replaced with those of the late Stan Lee. Clips of Marvel movies are all also replaced with clips of Lee's various appearances, either from his cameo appearances in Marvel movies or from publicity footage. After the logo finishes, the background fades to black, the logo then fades away two seconds later, and a message appears saying "THANK YOU STAN". This variant was made as a tribute to Lee, who died several months prior to the film's release.

Avengers: Endgame (2019): The images of the heroes that were "decimated" in Avengers: Infinity War are excluded. Some footage displayed in the logo is also changed to correspond with the events of Avengers: Infinity War. At the end, the gradient red background fades to black, like the previous two variants, and the fanfare is replaced by the song "Dear Mr. Fantasy" by the English rock band Traffic. Then, the logo cuts to the next scene.

Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019): Same as the Spider-Man: Homecoming variant, but the fanfare is replaced by the song "I Will Always Love You" by the late American singer and actress Whitney Houston (1963-2012).
