1st Warning
(1983-1992)
Warning: On a white background, we see the purple words AVERTISSEMENT in a Times New Roman font followed by the warning text underneath.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Seen on all René Malo Vidéo releases, as well as early Malofilm releases. Might also be found on early French-language MGM releases on VHS which were used until 1992.
Scare Factor: None.
2nd Warning
(1990-1997, French releases only)
Warning: Same as above, but this time the warning is in a Courier font and the words AVERTISSEMENT are much smaller.
FX/SFX: None.
Music/Sounds: None.
Availability: Can be found on French-language Malofilm releases from the era. English releases lack this warning and uses the PolyGram Video warning instead.
