Canal 9
1st Print Logo
(1961-1970)
Logo: Consisted on a big "9", with "canal" above the "9" and "TV" inside.
2nd Print Logo
(1970-1972)
Logo: Some rounded rectangle outlines are interlaced, in the center appear a big "U" next to "canal 9".
3rd Print Logo
(1972-1975)
Logo: A big "U" appear next a rounded rectangle with the letters "TV" inside.
4th Print Logo
(1975-1978)
Logo: Consisted in a purple "9" enclosed by a light blue "C". Sometimes the number/letter are completely black
5th Print Logo
(1978-1980)
Logo: Consisted on a black TV screen with an stylised owl coloredeitheryellow or white, somewhat similar to the emblem of the soccer club of University of Chile.
Teleonce / Universidad de Chile Television
(1980-1991)
Logo: Consisted on a blue rounded square or small TV screen, with two lines simulating the "11".
Variant: The name of the channel may appear under:
- 1980-1983: "Teleonce" on a corporate font.
- 1883-1991: "Universidad de Chile Television" on a basic, helvetica-like font.
RTU (Red de Television Universidad de Chile)
(1991-1993)
Logo: We see 3 rectangles, one is blue and the last two are red. Inside one appeared the letters "R", "T" and "U" in order, on a November font. Below it appear may appear the words "RED DE TELEVISION UNIVERSIDAD DE CHILE"
Variant: In 1992, the colors are swaped due the bad placement of these, the first two boxes are now blue and the last is red.
Chilevision
1st Print Logo
(1993-1998)
Logo: Consisted on the acronym "CHV" in gold, with a typographic ligature which unit the letters "CV" and forms the incomplete "H".
Variant:
- Sometimes, the logo may appear on a blue background.
- The words "CHILEVISION" appear under the logo sometimes.
2nd Print Logo
(1998-2002)
Logo: The "CHV" acronym from before appear on a blue sphere.
Variant:
- 3D versions exist.
- There's an "extended" version, where the sphere is seen on a water ripple (possibly based on the 1998 ident, when the channel slogan was "Tu espacio en tu sintonia")
3rd Print Logo
(2002-2006)
Logo: Now, we see a red circle (sometimes, a sphere) with the acronym "CHV" in it, now on a white Helvetica typeface and a ticker "V".
Variant: Before 2004, the logo had a opaque apparence. A glossy effect was added later.
4th Print Logo
(2006-2015)
Logo: The letters "CHV" now appear on a glassyred ball.
5th Print Logo
(2015-2018)
Logo: We see two red archs or crescents where the same acronym appears, but all the letters are bold.
6th Print Logo
(2018-)
Logo: The letters are stylised to look like a pink face (emoji).
Variant: "ChileVision" in blue, and/or the slogan in red, appear sometimes next to the logo.
