Background: Reti Televisive Italiane S.p.A. is a television subdivision of Mediaset. It began in the 1979 as a local station in Rome before merging with the Retequattro network in 1982 and fully integrating with Silvio Berlusconi's services (Mediaset and Fininvest) in later decades.

1st Logo
(1980s)Logo: On a black background, an orange stylized logomark of the words "RTI", in cursive, with a set of gradually blue-changing lines near the top of the letters and white separating borders. In the bottom and top are the white words "avete visto un programa" and "distribuzione", respectively.
Music/Sounds: The intro of "Breezin" by George Benson.

1st Logo
(Early 1990s-1993)
Logo: Over dark looped footage of shimmering lights, an emblem of a blue/gray flower with a circular border behind appears. The leaves are seen briefly spinning before slowing down. Above the emblem is the text "Una produzione" and next to it is "RTI", with a shadow behind. The text "Reti televisive italiane" slides in below the name.
FX/SFX: The chroma-keyed footage, the name sliding in.
Music/Sounds: None, or part of the ending of the show.

2nd Logo
(1993-1996)
Logo: Over a black background, a flash appears and forms a flipping blue oval banner with the words "UNA PRODUZIONE" in white, while the flower emblem of the previous logo, in 3D, flies in to the left side of the center. Then, three sparks rise up and flip into the letters "RTI", in sync to the notes of the music. The logo is seen shining while a star briefly passes through the letters.
FX/SFX: The lights, the flipping in of the elements, the 3D emblem.
Music/Sounds: A synth theme with wind chimes and three ascending notes at the end.

Final Note: After the merger with Mediaset during 1995-1996, elements of the RTI branding such as the music and name were passed into the newer Mediaset logos.
