Nickname: "RAI Butterfly"

Logo: Two white lasers draw a butterfly-like figure which have two parts crossing in the center by right angle. It also has relief on the sides of both wings, showing human profiles. After done, the butterfly zooms out to make room for flying letters, which come and create Rai left and Cinema right to the figure. The, the butterfly shines. The whole logo is shiny white with light blue tint.

Nickname: "RAI Butterfly II"

Logo: The white logo from before lies over a stylized blue starfield. It has shadow, which moves slightly.

FX/SFX: Just the shadow's movement.

Music/Sounds: None.

Availability: Rather common on Italian movies from the years.

(May 17, 2010 - )

Nickname: "RAI Square"

Logo: On a blue background, the logo appears through lighted rolling sections (something like the new StudioCanal logo), which compose opposite-colored Rai Cinema words, when "Rai" is inside the white square. The shine goes down.

FX/SFX: Nice light section effects.
