Logo: On a lightly cloudy sky, there is a slightly tilted, close-up pic of a dark blue street sign attached to a sign pole(akin to one seen on a street corner in Los Angeles) with the words "Rhode Island" in white fully across the street sign. "Productions" is written in a smaller font just below it and the abbreviated "Av." on the lower right corner.
Variant: A prototype version of the logo exists, but with the additional wires shown on the screen and "1200 W" replaces "Productions". This was seen on Galavant.
FX/SFX: None
