Eidetic
1st Logo
(1996)
Logo: On a black background we see a flash on the bottom right corner of the screen which gives way to the text "Eidetic" which emits foward light shadows. As it moves to the center, 3 rectangles (lime green, teal and red) fly up and situate themselves beneath the text. The frontal shadows on the text die out and are absorbed into the point on the "I". A shadow forms behind the word.
FX/SFX: The text and bars flying, the shadow effects, pretty decent animation, especially when compared to the game that followed.
Music/Sounds: A peaceful synth fanfare with some piano notes in between.
Availability: Was only seen on the very infamous Bubsy 3D.
Editor's Note: None.
2nd Logo
(1999-2000) Logo: On a black background we see a lens flare which gives way to the same logo from before with some differences (the upper text is smaller and lacks a shadow and the same goes for the bars).
FX/SFX: The lens flare.
Music/Sounds: A whoosh sound.
Availability: Seen on Syphon Filter and its sequel.
Editor's Note: None.
