Background: ST Universal Video was a Hmong dubbing company that did dubs mostly for Hindi movies, but also Chinese (Hong Kong) and Thailand dubs and even made their own movies.

Logo: The logo, a gold shield with ST in big red bold font above the wireframe globe with UNIVERSAL VIDEO in a smaller font around the bottom of it, pans from the right and centers itself to face the viewers. All the while the names are circling around the globe until they eventually halt. All of this is happening on a space background.
Variants: Extended version was spotted on <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcI1ke3Hb8k" target="_self">Txhob Yuam Kev Hlub</a>. It has nothing but a night picture of a deserted road and a narrow lighting coming from an invisible car (or a person wearing a gray clothing).
FX/SFX: Logo turning, "UNIVERSAL VIDEO" spinning with a rotating globe.
Music/Sounds: The same as All Pro Production, which is the same as Silver Bird (H.K.).
Music/Sounds Variants: The music often cuts off to make room for an announcer for the movie and contacts for them.
Availability: Pretty common, actually. Find those Indian-Hmong dubs on YouTube; this is what they make the most, although they also do Hong Kong-Hmong dubs and make their own Hmong movies. Hong Kong movie dubs are uncommon and their own movies and Thai movie dubs are rare to come by.
